• Trad:

  Most of the traditional climbing is on the granite of the higher mountains. Auzat, Orlu, Turguilla, and Montcalm all have graded routes. Many of them are a good summer option, being higher and cooler.
  Orlu is a "must do" site with a variety of huge climbs at doable grades. This fine grained granite tooth rises out of some of the most beautiful scenery in Europe and provides interest and challenge for any climber.
  For the truely adventurous, there is a great deal of steep granite within a couple of hours drive of the house and the potential is limitless.
