Calamès: One of the most important crags in the region, over 200 routes to suit all tastes. Cracking routes, lots of sun. 7 pitch excursions up the Pilier des Cathares are always popular.

La Roche Ronde: 37 routes, mostly from 5 to 6b. Some multi-pitch including the classic Pénelope

Roc de Sedour: A very impressive spread of rock with relatively few routes yet due to the walk-ins and bird restrictions.
